Gino Capece
Senior Manager, Forensic and Valuation Services
Gino Capece is a Senior Manager in Fiske’s Forensic and Valuation Services Department, with over 25 years of experience as a corporate controller, financial consultant, operational controller, and forensic accounting expert.
Gino is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Gino combines deep expertise in complex financial transactions with a strong understanding of legal frameworks and investigative methods to resolve allegations of fraud.
Since joining Fiske in 2018, Gino has led a wide range of litigation support services, including forensic accounting, fraud investigations, economic damages and lost profits analysis, damage calculations, insurance litigation, buy-sell agreements, shareholder disputes, bankruptcy and receivership matters, business interruption claims, misappropriation of assets, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, employee theft, and lost income assessments. He and his team have handled numerous multi-million-dollar cases.
His industry focus spans insurance, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, development and construction, health care and medical practices, professional service firms, technology companies, trust and estates, restaurants and hospitality, retail, municipalities, non-profit organizations, and education.
Gino earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John Fisher University in Rochester, New York.
He also volunteers with the Broward County Bar Association, serving a three-year term on the Grievance Committee from 2025 to 2028.
