Lauren Krasner

Lauren Krasner is a Senior Manager in Fiske Advisory’s Forensic & Valuation Services practice, where she assists clients with business valuations, forensic accounting investigations, and litigation support engagements.

Lauren has more than 20 years of accounting and financial services experience, including business valuation work for gift and estate tax planning, financial reporting, buy/sell agreements, and litigation. Her recent engagements have included valuations of operating businesses, family limited liability companies, and investment holding entities across a broad range of industries, as well as forensic accounting investigations involving misappropriation of assets, shareholder disputes, and lost profits. She also supports the firm’s experts in matters involving detailed analysis of company accounting records, bank statements, operating agreements, loan documentation, and industry research.

Prior to joining Fiske in 2013, Lauren served as a Senior Accountant in financial reporting roles at Equity One, Inc., Intelsat Corporation, and SFN Group, where she prepared and analyzed financial statements, SEC filings (10-Qs and 10-Ks), and supported internal and external audit functions. She began her career as a Financial Analyst in Arthur Andersen’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group and later served in Auditor/Lender Services at Moore Colson CPAs in Atlanta.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Florida and completed an International Internship Programme at Richmond, The American International University London. She is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Lauren also serves on the Board of Multiple Sclerosis Focus on Fashion, supporting the organization’s mission to raise awareness and funding for MS research and patient care.
