Richard Gray, CPA/ABV, CVA, ASA joined Fiske & Company in 2021 and now serves as Director of Forensic and Valuation Services.

Gray is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both the states of Florida and Maryland and holds certifications as an expert in the field of business valuation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). I am a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).

Gray’s expertise lies in the fields of valuation, litigation support, forensic accounting, and damages calculations. Gray has an extensive background in client engagement experience including commercial litigation, marital dissolution, fraud investigations, mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, corporate reorganization, succession planning, estate and gift tax valuations and valuation for financial reporting.

Since beginning his specialization in the area of business valuation, Gray has performed numerous valuation engagements and analyses for various entities and purposes. Gray is an instructor in the field of business valuation, has made a number of presentations, and has authored numerous articles in the area of valuation.
